Terms of Service & Engagement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of websites, interactive software sandboxes, and enterprise digital solutions provided by Maponya Integrated Systems (Pty) Ltd ("MaponyaTech").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing our site, requesting quotes, or testing our interactive sandboxes (including TVET LMS and SmartPlay Playout), you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable South African statutory provisions.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary algorithms, software source code, user interfaces, branding, trade dress, and documentation relating to ABMS, SmartPlay, IFSM, and TVET LMS are the exclusive intellectual property of Maponya Integrated Systems (Pty) Ltd.

3. Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Production deployments, uptime commitments (up to 99.99%), response times, and incident management are governed by distinct Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and technical SLA schedules executed directly with enterprise clients.

4. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Division.
